Get your mind and body back in gear after running the New York City Marathon!*  Whether or not you plan to complete 26.2 miles around New York City – recovery is underrated.

Sore hamstrings, hips, IT bands, lower backs, & even nagging foot pain are just a few of the issues we will address as we restore tissues and illuminate areas that need some serious TLC.

We will use Roll Model Method® Therapy balls and specific movement strategies to reduce restriction, eliminate pain, and enhance your ability to recover gracefully – so that you can get right back on the road (or take some well-deserved time off, pain-free!)
